Jim
Lane - Co-Owner Manager
Jim Lane has been an active participant in the construction industry in
Sacramento for more than 18 years. In 1983 he founded the original Aerial
Lift Service Company. Jim sold the original company in 1991 to Horizon
High Reach where he remained the Western Regional Manger and actively
managed the Western divisions until May, 2000. With over 25 years in the
Lift business Jim knows more about Lifts and customer service and how to
make things happen for his customer then many of his competitors put
together. Jim knows his customers and their needs and welcomes the
opportunity to help you meet your requirements
Jim is an avid boater, scuba diver, woodworker and black powder
enthusiast. Jim enjoys the little free time he gets with his wife and
daughter and all three participate in these hobbies.
Cary
Lane - Co-Owner Office Manager
 With her "DO IT NOW ATTITUDE" Cary gets it done. . Cary was the Office
manager for Horizon High Reach for 6 years where she performed every
function from order taking, to dispatching, to accounting, to
bookkeeping and any other job that needed done at the time. Cary also
honed her accounting skills while working for Bank of America and the
food industry.
On the lighter side she is a gourmet cook and loves gardening while
enjoying a full life with her husband and daughter. Work hard , play
hard seems to fit her as a way of life.
 Rick
Sellers - Sales Manager
Rick is a long time resident of Northern California where he has over 25
years of experience supplying the Lift and access equipment needs of the
Construction Industry. Rick also worked for Johnson Equipment and Horizon
High Reach selling, renting and leasing quality equipment. Rick shows
his commitment to quality and his customers with his "Nurture Attitude
and We are here for the long run" way of helping the customer in every
way possible, whenever and wherever.
Rick has a wonderful wife and two kids that keep him busy with football
and cheerleading. When not participating in those activities he enjoys
hunting, fishing and boating.
Justin Rednall - Outside Sales
You will appreciate Justin's "Do whatever it takes attitude" whenever
you work with him. Justin has been in the Industry over 10 years and has
worked for GKN and United in Southern California and Horizon High Reach
in Northern California. Justin enjoys golf and boating.
John Lane - Service Manager
John is an accomplished heavy equipment and lift mechanic as well as
an experienced service manager. . It is a treat working with John due to his "Customer Comes
First Attitude" and through knowledge of equipment and customers needs.
